Laminated glass is produced by bonding two pieces of glass together under the heat ad pressure in the pressure pan. One or more layers of Polyvinyl Butyric (PVB) films was laminated between the glass. Our company owns the most advance laminated machine, which can produce the biggest size of laminated glass in China. This can satisfy different kinds of requires for the safety glass of big sizes.

Characteristics

Safety: In case of breakage, the interlayer holds the fragments together and continues to provide resistance to the passing persons or objects. So it will not hurt the people.

Sound insulation: The PVB film between the glass has the great ability of absorbing the sound waves, so laminated glass can insulate the noise from the outer environments.

Ultraviolet radiation insulation: the laminated glass has the ability to keep about 99% ultraviolet radiation away form the outside, which can protect the future and decorative from degradation. At the same time, the laminated glass has good functions of light transmission, which promises the high visibility in the rooms.
